Important House Rules for Your Stay

We’re thrilled to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Before you check in, we’d like to remind you of our house rules:

Feature

- Keep music at a moderate volume, especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM).
- No smoking indoors; please smoke outside.
- Leave the property tidy; excessive mess may incur a cleaning fee.
- We do not provide food or cooking services, and a housemaid is unavailable for meal preparation. However, we’re happy to share contacts for reliable food delivery services upon request. For those who prefer to cook, our property offers a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
- Ensure your group size matches your booking; no additional guests without approval.
- Report any damages immediately for fair assessment.
- Lock all doors when you’re not present; we’re not responsible for lost items.
- Switch off lights and appliances when leaving to conserve energy.
- Access to the terrace is restricted for safety.
- Please remove shoes before entering the house.

For Pet Owners:
- Pets are not allowed.

1) While we appreciate a lively atmosphere, we kindly request that music be kept at a moderate volume, particularly during designated quiet hours (10 P.M to 8 A.M), to ensure the comfort of our neighbors and a peaceful environment for all. ( NO LOUD MUSIC)

2) Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Take your smoke breaks outside and enjoy the fresh air while respecting the health and comfort of all guests..

3) We appreciate leaving the place tidy as it was given to you when you checked in. We provide basic cleaning, but for heavy messes and excessive cleaning, a small cleaning fee might apply.

4) Food won't be provided by us and the house maid is for keeping the outside property clean and not for your help such as cooking, cleaning or washing the dishes.

5) Please ensure your group size aligns with the booking number to maintain comfort and safety. Please do not invite additional guests without our prior approval.

6) We understand that accidents can occur. Should any damage occur to the property or the things in the property, we kindly ask that you notify us immediately. We will assess the situation fairly and transparently and will be charged accordingly.

7) For your security and peace of mind, please ensure all doors are locked when you are not present in the house. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

8) To conserve energy and resources, we kindly request that you switch off lights, fans, geysers, and gas stoves when you leave the house. We appreciate your contribution to sustainability.

9) Access to the terrace is currently restricted for guests for their own safety.

10) Please remove your shoes before entering the house to keep our floors clean and tidy.

1. Totally 6 rooms
2. Four standard rooms (2 pax) with King size beds
3. Two family rooms with 2 beds - one King size bed (4 pax)
4. Room size - 6mx4m = 24sq.m

Pricing details for each room:
1. Standard rooms - Rs.3000 (2 Pax)
2. Family room - Rs 4000 (4 Pax)
3. Extra bed - Rs 500
